Dmitriy Shibarshin is the Director of Growth at Miami Container Trucking. His career covers every link in the container logistics chain: international auto trade at SAS Global, then West Coast Shipping, where the team moves 16,000+ vehicles a year through our warehouses. When WCS needed better drayage than local carriers could offer, Dmitriy helped build the in-house department that became Miami Container Trucking, now moving 10,000+ containers a year in California.

In South Florida, he focuses on bringing that same operator model to a new coast: company drivers, direct port relationships, and one point of contact from terminal to door.

Outside of work, Dmitriy is a lifelong car enthusiast. You'll find him at Monterey Car Week most Augusts, usually closer to the transport lot than the champagne tent.

Leydi Montenegro is the Growth Manager at Miami Container Trucking, bringing over a decade of logistics experience. With a background in Business Administration, she has worked across multiple sectors of the logistics industry since 2015, specializing in transportation, import/export operations, and customer relations.

Committed to building strong partnerships, Leydi focuses on delivering reliable service and helping customers find efficient logistics solutions. She believes that communication, trust, and long-term relationships are the foundation of every successful partnership.

Outside of work, Leydi enjoys a good cup of coffee, getting lost in a great book, and spending time with her dog.
